Not enough time?
If you sit down and write your typical day, You will begin to realize that you actually have ample time; need to figure out what is wasting your time and start replacing those wasted activities with the activities that will help you reach your goals. In the meantime do the best with the time you do have, until you have figure out how to make more time, and then do better.
Train your mind to see the good in everything; Positivity is a choice. The happiness of your life depends on the quality of your thoughts. So start to think about creating more time to accomplish your goals.
Remember, you are what you are today because of the choices you made in the past. How much TV do you watch? How long to do spend scrolling on Facebook? Would that time be better spent creating a future for you and yours? Think about it.
There are no valid excuses not to work on your future; invest in yourself, you are the best tool that you have at hand. Stop procrastinating and JUST DO IT.
