Giving thanks make people happier, and more resilient, it strengthens relationships. Furthermore, it improves health and reduces stress. What are grateful for? Give thanks everyday for what you now have.

Every night before falling asleep, summarize your day and show gratitude for today’s events, as well as tomorrow’s. Preplan the following day in your mind and be grateful in advance. The world is yours for the taking, act like it.
