The Winning Habit

Get in the habit of winning.

Most people NEVER win,

Victory is foreign, it’s a rare object of their life.

The average man has a small victory maybe once a year.

A job promotion every few years,

Marrying some ran through 6 which is a “win”.

Having a kid or two.

Graduating school, maybe winning some sports games as a kid.

By the time they die, you can count all their real-life wins with EASE.

If you want to be exceptional you need to change that and the SIMPLEST way to change that is in the gym.

When did you break your last record in the gym?

When was the last time you finally beat that guy in sparring you’ve never beaten before?

The physical realm is the SIMPLEST WAY to get real-life wins under your belt.

I had WON 85 fights in my life by the age of 27.

I WAS ALWAYS A WINNER.

Winning is my friend, my close ally.

Losing is a stranger in my life.

Most of you aren’t even playing anything, you aren’t challenging yourself with any sport, game or challenge.

You’re a stranger to victory and wonder why you struggle.
